Then instead of focusing on your desired end, you spend the rest of the day trying to figure out what something means. You start creating stories that have absolutely nothing to do with what you actually want.

I know because I have done this before. You tell yourself you are just going to take one quick look and five minutes later you are analyzing every little thing you saw. By the end of it you feel worse than you did before you checked. Let’s say you check your SP’s social media and see something that triggers you. Maybe they posted a picture with someone. Maybe they seem happy. Maybe they have not responded to your message. A lot of people think that moment is what ruined their manifestation.

But think about it. What if instead of spending the next three hours spiraling, you immediately went back to your affirmations? What if instead of affirming all the things you do not want, you started affirming what you do want? That is why I always say it is not the checking itself that causes the problem. It is the story you start telling yourself afterwards. Why I Don’t Recommend Stalking Your SP

Now let me say something that some people may not want to hear.

Even though I do not think checking the 3D stops your manifestation, I still do not recommend stalking your SP all day.

The reason has nothing to do with manifesting correctly. It has to do with the version of yourself you are becoming.

Think about the version of you who already has your SP. Would that version of you be checking their profile ten times a day? Would that version of you be trying to figure out who every follower is? Probably not. I know that sounds simple but it really is that simple. Every time your mind starts wondering what your SP is doing, use that as a reminder to go back to your affirmations.

Tell yourself that your SP loves you. Tell yourself that your SP wants to be with you. Tell yourself that your SP is always thinking about you. Keep returning to your desired end over and over again until it starts to feel more natural than the old story.

The more you practice this, the more natural it becomes, and you start realizing that how to stop obsessing over SP while manifesting them is really about redirecting your attention instead of constantly checking for evidence.
